PHOTOGRAPHY II: DARKROOM PHOTOGRAPHY

This course is designed to introduce students to traditional analog photography techniques using a provided 35mm format film camera, film scanning, and digital output. Class time will provide for demonstrations in processing exposed film and producing a fine art portfolio. Through slide lectures, reading and video discussions, and formal critiques, the course emphasizes visual literacy while encouraging students to develop a critical awareness of their work.
